ABRF 2011 Exhibit Booth Pricing

All exhibit booths are 10' x 10' spaces.  SAVE $$ BY BOOKING EARLY

Included in the Exhibit Booth Fee:

  • One (1) FREE FULL Meeting Registration (Over $500 Value!)
  • Three (3) FREE Exhibit Hall ONLY Registrations (Exhibit Staff & Guests)  additional registrations only $35 each
  • NEW for 2011: Exhibit hall is fully carpeted - no need to purchase booth carpet
  • Cyber Station and Poster Sessions located in the exhibit hall for meeting attendees and thus more traffic for your booth!
  • Coffee breaks and Munch n Mingle lunches (sponsorships available) located in exhibit hall
  • Print Listing in the Annual Meeting Program including exhibitor's name and contact information, product/service description and booth number
  • Standard 8' backwall drape and 36" high sidewall drape
  • One 7" X 44" identification sign with company name
  • Comprehensive online Exhibitor Service Kit containing all necessary forms and information regarding booth furnishings, lead retrieval, electrical and utility service, shipping, and more
  • 24-hour security in the exhibit hall from move-in through tear-down

Terms:
25% deposit due within 30 days receipt of application
100% balance due Monday, December 31, 2010

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the ABRF 2011 Exhibits Manager. Cancellations made prior to December 1, 2010 will receive a return of 50% of payment less a $300 processing fee. No cancellations refunds may be made after that date.
