Session Organizers & Speakers, please review the information provided in the following pages for guidelines regarding your participation in the ABRF 2011 Meeting.
Important Dates to Remember:

| Submit Signed Speaker Release Form (Session Organizers serving as presenters must also complete the form) | January 20, 2011 |
| Submit your Reimbursement Form | March 14, 2011 |

Registration
Invited speakers and Session Organizers will receive complimentary registration to attend the conference. You will be sent a registration code in a separate email. If you have not received your registration code, or need to have it re-sent, please contact ABRF Conference Management at abrf@courtesyassoc.com. Please note that all Session Organizers and Speakers must be registered prior to submitting their abstract.
Travel & Hotel:
While some of your travel, hotel, and meal costs may be reimbursed after the completion of the conference, you will be financially responsible for the initial purchase of your travel and hotel, as well as any meals not already provided by ABRF 2011. If you require assistance in making your hotel or travel arrangements, please complete the Housing Request Form and/or the Travel Request Form, and send the completed forms to the contact shown at the bottom of the respective forms.

Presentation:
ABRF is providing a digital archive of ABRF 2011 held on February 18 – 22, 2011 in San Antonio, TX to its meeting attendees, and members via the ABRF website. ABRF is excited to provide this opportunity so that our professional community can learn from your session long after ABRF has concluded. Complete and return the Speaker Release Form by February 1, 2011, to ensure that ABRF has permission to record your presentation(s).
